• Mix 2 table spoon (25 g) of TGB 'Sathu Maavu' in 50 ml of water without any lumps. Add 100 to 150 ml water and mix well
• Place the mixture on stove, stir continuously on medium flame for 4 - 5 mins until the porridge is cooked well.
• Add salt or jaggery for taste.
