• Method of Preparation:
• Take 1 cup of Double Horse Easy Pathiri powder, add required salt, and knead by using approximately 1 to 1 1/2 cup of normal water
• After kneading, prepare small balls of the dough. Press the balls in pathiri press or roll it on chapathi rolling board
• Cook it on low ?ame without oil and serve hot.

Double Horse Easy pathiri flour is used to prepare soft pathiri with normal water, Soft texture with white colour. We can prepare pathiri easily and with less time without burning our hands. Once opened store in an air tight container.
