MJR masala 200g. Seeragasamba rice -250g ,Ghee-25g,Water 600ml,(or) Twice the amount of rice.Veg/Chicken/Mutton-250gms. Soak seeragasamba rice for 15 min in water . Fry the veg / chicken/Mutton In cooker with ghee. Add MJR masala in it. Stir well for 2 min. Add 600 ml water and cook up to 1 whistle for veg ,2 whistle for chicken & 6 whistle for Mutton. After adding soaked rice into the cooker, stir gently upto the water get fully dried. Keep stove in sim and cook for 15 min. No need for whistle now. After 10 min open the cooker. Your Tasty MJR biryani is now ready.
